Example: You refer a Nurse Practitioner. Every time an employer unlocks their contact ($400), you earn $60. If they get unlocked 8 times, you earn $480. Each referred candidate earns commissions for up to 12 months or $500 — whichever comes first. Refer 10 candidates? You can earn up to $5,000.

When Do I Get Paid?
Commissions are earned only on paid transactions:
- Employer referrals: when the employer pays for a subscription or their first paid contact unlock
- Candidate referrals: each time an employer pays to unlock the referred candidate's contact
Free unlocks do not generate commissions. Employers receive free trial unlocks and monthly subscription allowances. Commissions are only calculated when real payments are processed through Stripe.
Who Can Participate?
- Candidates: Must have a verified profile (NPI or license verification complete)
- Employers: Any employer with an active account can generate a referral code
- Marketing affiliates: Contact us for custom affiliate partnerships
Both candidates and employers can refer both candidates and employers.
Caps & Limits
- Employer referral: $25 one-time per referred employer (first qualifying payment)
- Candidate referral: 15-20% recurring (Bronze/Silver/Gold tier rate), capped at $500 or 12 months per referred candidate. No cap on how many candidates you refer.
- Attribution window: 90 days — the referred user must make a qualifying payment within 90 days of signing up
- One referrer per user — the first referral link used at signup gets credit

- We reserve the right to reject referrals that violate our terms of service
